A safety notice reaches every worker on site in the language they read, and you get a timestamped, printable record of who confirmed it. Workers sign in with a phone number: no work email, no app store.

What it does

Phone-number login. A worker types their mobile and a texted six-digit code. No email address is needed to add anyone, and a sign-in lasts 30 days.
Translated on publish. You write one notice in English. Every worker receives it in their own language, video captions included. They choose their language once.
Confirmed receipt, with the record. Must-reads need a tap to confirm, offered only once the whole notice has been on screen. You get a printable per-worker record and a CSV export, included on every plan.
A whole site on in one break. Print a join card with a QR code and pin it on the welfare cabin door: about 20 seconds a worker. Set a leaving date and access is revoked.
Reporting back from site. A photo, a sentence and a location in under a minute, written in the worker's language and translated on arrival.

A 60-day proof of reach, £2,500 fixed.

Up to 3 sites and 250 enrolled workers, in every language they need. 60 days from launch day, not signature. Fully creditable against year one. The fee is refunded only if both criterion 1 and criterion 2 are missed: 70% logged in within 14 days, and 85% confirmed within 72 hours.

Then, per site

£180

per site per month, ex VAT, 12-month term. Up to 100 enrolled workers, however many languages.

£2,160 a site for the year, everyone on it. Every feature is included and implementation is always £0. Larger estates are priced per company in bands.
